Prohibited Items Policy

To maintain a safe and lawful marketplace, certain items may not be listed or sold on Kwick.

Listings that violate these rules may be removed immediately. Accounts involved in prohibited listings may be suspended.

Illegal Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Stolen goods
  • Counterfeit currency
  • Illegal drugs or narcotics
  • Illegal pharmaceuticals
  • Forged documents
  • And every other item termed illegal under the law in Nigeria and the world

Weapons and Dangerous Products

Listings for the following are prohibited:

  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Explosives
  • Military equipment
  • Weapon accessories

Counterfeit Products

Merchants may not sell counterfeit versions of branded products. This includes items falsely labelled as brands. Examples include fake:

  • Designer fashion
  • Electronics
  • Luxury goods

Hazardous Materials

Listings for hazardous items are prohibited, including:

  • Toxic chemicals
  • Biological hazards
  • Dangerous industrial materials

Human Exploitation

Listings that involve exploitation are strictly banned, including:

  • Human trafficking services
  • Illegal labour recruitment
  • Organ trade

Misleading Listings

Listings that intentionally deceive buyers are prohibited. Examples include:

  • Fake listings created to collect payments
  • Products that do not exist
  • Manipulated images

Platform Enforcement

Kwick reserves the right to:

  • Remove listings without notice
  • Suspend user accounts
  • Permanently ban repeat offenders
