Kwick is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. Products are sold by independent merchants. Kwick does not directly sell or ship products unless explicitly stated.

2. Refund Responsibility

Refund policies are determined by individual merchants. Buyers should review merchant policies before completing a purchase. Kwick does not guarantee refunds for marketplace transactions.

3. Disputes Between Users

If a dispute occurs between a buyer and seller, the parties should attempt to resolve the issue directly. Disputes may relate to:

  • Product condition
  • Delivery delays
  • Payment disagreements
  • Product authenticity

4. Kwick Mediation

Kwick may assist by:

  • Facilitating communication between parties
  • Reviewing complaints
  • Investigating suspicious listings

However, Kwick does not guarantee resolution outcomes or compensation.

5. Non-Delivery Complaints

If a buyer claims non-delivery, they should contact the merchant directly. Kwick may review such complaints but cannot guarantee recovery of payments.

6. Fraud Reports

Users who suspect fraud should report the listing or account to Kwick. Kwick may investigate and may suspend accounts found to violate policies.

7. Limitation of Platform Responsibility

Kwick is not responsible for:

  • Financial losses resulting from user transactions
  • Merchant refusal to issue refunds
  • Buyer payment disputes
  • Delivery failures

Transactions are conducted at the discretion of users.
