Welcome to Kwick.

Kwick is a digital marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers to facilitate the discovery and purchase of products.

By accessing or using the Kwick platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Kwick acts solely as a technology platform that connects buyers and sellers. Kwick does not:

  • Own inventory listed by merchants
  • Control product quality or condition
  • Participate directly in transactions between users

Transactions occur directly between buyers and independent sellers. Kwick is not a party to those transactions.

3. User Eligibility

To use Kwick you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Kwick reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

4. Merchant Accounts

Merchants using Kwick agree to:

  • Provide accurate business or identity information
  • List products honestly and transparently
  • Respond to buyers in a timely manner
  • Fulfil delivery or collection agreements

Merchants remain solely responsible for product quality, customer service, delivery arrangements, and refund policies.

5. Transactions

All purchases conducted on Kwick are agreements between buyers and sellers. Kwick does not guarantee delivery of products, authenticity of goods, or product condition.

Users transact at their own discretion and risk.

6. Payments

Kwick may not directly process payments between users. Payment methods may include bank transfer, cash on collection, or third-party payment platforms.

Kwick is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or refund disagreements.

7. Platform Moderation

Kwick may review listings and user activity to maintain platform integrity. However, Kwick does not guarantee that all listings will be reviewed or verified before appearing on the platform.

8. Account Suspension

Kwick reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, violate platform rules, or harm the integrity of the marketplace.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwick shall not be liable for losses arising from transactions between users, fraud or misrepresentation by buyers or sellers, product defects, delivery failures, or financial loss from marketplace transactions.

10. Modifications

Kwick may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
