1. Payment Methods

Kwick supports multiple payment methods through our secure payment partner, Paystack. You can pay using your debit/credit card, bank transfer, or USSD.

2. Pro Service Subscriptions

Fees for Pro Services (Boosters, Ad Highlights) are billed at the time of purchase. These services are generally non-refundable once the ad has been promoted.

3. Escrow & Wallet

When using the Kwick Wallet for transactions, funds may be held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the item. This ensures safety for both parties.

4. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction where funds were debited, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to Kwick Support with your transaction reference number.
