Users must ensure they have the legal right to use any intellectual property included in their listings.
3. Prohibited Intellectual Property Violations
Users may not upload or sell items that:
- Use copyrighted images without permission
- Use trademarked logos without authorization
- Imitate branded products in misleading ways
- Sell counterfeit goods
Listings violating intellectual property rights may be removed immediately.
4. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
Brand owners or rights holders who believe their intellectual property has been used without authorization may contact Kwick with the following information:
- Description of the intellectual property involved
- Link to the infringing listing
- Proof of ownership of the intellectual property
- Contact information of the complainant
Kwick may investigate the report and take appropriate action.
5. Platform Enforcement
Upon receiving a valid intellectual property complaint, Kwick may:
- Remove the listing
- Restrict the seller account
- Suspend repeat offenders
6. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rules may have their accounts permanently removed from the platform.
7. Limitation of Platform Responsibility
Kwick operates as a digital marketplace platform and does not create or control all listings. Therefore, Kwick is not responsible for intellectual property violations committed by users.
